In 2014, Acquest d.o.o. proudly opened the doors of Restaurant Stara Loza, located within the beautifully restored Prijeko Palace in Dubrovnik's UNESCO-protected Old Town. Set in a medieval palace, Stara Loza quickly gained recognition for its refined, art-inspired interior and guest-focused dining experience. The restaurant features three dining areas: a street-level terrace, an indoor salon, and an exclusive rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Dubrovnik's Old Town — one of the most sought-after dining experiences in the city.
The Rooftop Experience, priced from €110 per person, includes an amuse-bouche and three courses of modern Mediterranean cuisine. Seasonal pricing applies: €110 per person from March to May and in October, and €125 per person from June to September. Advance reservation is required.

Rooftop Terrace
The rooftop terrace is one of Dubrovnik's most exclusive dining locations, offering an unforgettable experience under the stars. With only 14 seats, this intimate setting is perfect for a romantic dinner, a special occasion, or a memorable evening with friends.
Here, among the medieval rooftops and above the bustling city, you'll enjoy the same breathtaking views that nobles once did — savoring fresh Adriatic seafood and regional wines in a setting that feels timeless.
The Rooftop Experience is priced from €110 per person and includes an amuse-bouche and three courses (your choice of starter, main and dessert). All beverages are charged separately.

October: €110 per person
Reservations are required in advance (minimum 2, maximum 6 guests).

Salon
The Salon is situated on the third floor of Prijeko Palace, accessible via elevator or a beautifully preserved medieval staircase. This elegant dining room features a high ceiling and magnificent Gothic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a view of a restored medieval terrace and the rooftops of the Old Town.
With seating for 30, the Salon is available for both regular dinner service and private dining events. Groups and occasions requiring exclusive use of the space are welcome — contact us directly to arrange a privatisation of the Salon for your event.
The carefully curated dishes and fine local wines awaken a sense of authenticity, legacy, and heritage — making the Salon an exceptional setting for celebrations, corporate dinners, and milestone occasions.

PRIJEKO STREET TERRACE

Located on the picturesque Prijeko Street, a charming and quieter parallel to Dubrovnik’s main street, the Stradun, this inviting terrace is perfect for any time of day. Surrounded by tall historic buildings with Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque details, the street offers natural shade and an atmospheric setting. The terrace seats 26 and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee and croissant or a relaxed meal in a vibrant yet peaceful environment.

Special mention to our waiter- who spoke so eloquently about the dishes which was the main reason we chose this restaurant amongst all the others on the strip. Would love to stay at the hotel another time- it looks amazing.

- Visited this place couple of days ago but to be honest I am still under impression of it. From the first moment we walked in they treated us with manners. Staff is professional but in other hand friendly and welcoming, perfect combination. We were eating at rooftop tarrace with breathtaking view of old town. Ambience is nice and quiet. Food and wine selection is great but special thanks goes to Frano who made this experience even better. He helped us with our choices and gave answers to all of our questions. We took 1 fish menu and 1 meet and combine all of it - everything was great. Thank you guys we will be back for sure.
